Is the price per person?+
No. It's one flat monthly price for the whole organization, up to the plan's number of people.
How do I upgrade?+
Start on Free, then upgrade from Plans inside the app. While online checkout is being set up, send a message through the contact form and I'll set it up for you.
What if a payment fails?+
Your plan keeps working for a week while it's sorted out. After that the organization moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
